Are you scraping LinkedIn? Is this against their ToS? +

No. Olympia Recruit runs on top of your recruiter's authenticated session — it's automation of your recruiter's actions, not scraping. Your firm's LinkedIn Recruiter seats stay in your name, your firm's Dice subscription stays in your name. We're the assistant inside your tools, not a separate scraper. This is the same legal architecture used by browser-based automation tools that have successfully defended against ToS claims in court.

How does the AI screening voice call actually sound? +

Like a competent junior recruiter — warm, conversational, asks follow-up questions, handles interruptions. The candidate knows they're talking to an AI (full disclosure required, both for ethics and EEOC compliance) but it doesn't feel like a phone tree. We use one of the top-tier voice models with sub-second latency. Candidates rate the experience 4.6/5 on average, which is higher than human screener calls. We can send you a sample recording.

What if our client doesn't want AI involved in their hiring? +

Every step is configurable. You can turn off AI screening for specific clients, require human approval on every outreach send, or run the agent purely in "research mode" where it surfaces candidates but doesn't take any actions. The recruiter can choose how much autonomy to give per client, per req.
