Your AI career engine.
24/7. Multi-board.
ATS-tuned.

Olympia Apply crawls Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche boards every 30 minutes — finds the jobs that match your skills, generates multiple ATS-optimized resume variants per role, drafts cover letters in your voice, and learns which variants land callbacks. The career engine ChatGPT can't be.

vs. ChatGPT

"Can't I just paste a JD into ChatGPT?" You can. Here's why you shouldn't.

ChatGPT / DIY

You do everything.
Once.

  • You find the job posting manually, one board at a time
  • You paste it into ChatGPT, every time
  • You get one resume — generic, not tuned to ATS scanners
  • You copy, paste, format, save as PDF, upload
  • You manage your applications in a spreadsheet
  • You forget which version you sent where
  • You don't know which approach is actually working
  • You stop after 20 applications because it's exhausting
Olympia Apply

A system that runs
while you sleep.

  • Crawls every relevant job board every 30 minutes, 24/7
  • Matches new jobs to your profile automatically
  • Generates 3 variants per job: ATS-tuned, human-tuned, company-tuned
  • Submits where it can. Queues the rest for one-tap send.
  • Tracks every application, every variant, every outcome
  • Learns which resume language gets callbacks. Refines automatically.
  • Tells you exactly what's working and why
  • Runs 50+ applications per week without you lifting a finger
How it works

Six things the engine does. All in parallel. All week.

01

Profile build

Upload your existing resume and connect your LinkedIn. The engine extracts your real skills, experience, and trajectory — and asks the clarifying questions a smart recruiter would: comp expectations, remote preferences, visa status, deal-breakers.

02

Multi-board crawl, every 30 minutes

The engine continuously scans LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Wellfound, AngelList, and niche industry boards. Every new role that matches your profile gets surfaced — usually before the 100th applicant has even seen it.

Crawl · Last 24h

Dice186 new · 24 matched
Indeed320 new · 11 matched
Wellfound42 new · 7 matched
Niche boards28 new · 5 matched
03

Multiple resume variants per job

The killer feature. For every matched role, the engine generates three resume variants: one tuned for ATS keyword scanners (front-loaded with the JD's exact terms), one tuned for human reviewers (story-driven, achievement-led), and one tuned to the specific company's language (their values, their tech stack vocabulary, their tone).

04

Personalized cover letters, in your voice

The engine learns how you actually write — from your existing materials, your LinkedIn posts, your messaging tone. Every cover letter sounds like you wrote it, references the actual company in ways that prove you read the JD, and avoids the AI-generated tells that hiring managers spot instantly.

Saw your post about Acme's move to Kafka — the latency-vs-throughput tradeoff you described is exactly what I tackled at Northwind last year. Happy to dig into specifics on a call.

One-tap or auto-submit

For LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed quick apply, and supported ATS portals, the engine can submit directly — with your approval per application or fully automated. For roles that require manual submission, the engine prepares the package and queues it for one-tap approval from your phone via Telegram bot.

Track. Learn. Refine.

The engine tracks every application, every variant sent, every callback or rejection. Over time, it learns which resume language, which cover letter angles, and which job-board sources actually produce interviews for you specifically — and biases the next batch toward what's working.

Common questions

What candidates ask first.

Won't recruiters know I used AI? +

The engine is tuned specifically to not produce AI-detector signatures. It writes in your voice (trained on your existing materials), uses sentence variation patterns that don't trigger detection, and references real specifics from the JD and company. We test our outputs against the major AI-detection tools weekly. That said — these are your applications, and the engine is the assistant. Most candidates use it to draft, then make small final edits. That combination is undetectable.

Is this just an autoclicker? +

No. Autoclickers spray the same generic resume across hundreds of jobs and get zero callbacks. Olympia Apply thinks about each role: matches it to your real profile, generates a tailored resume + cover letter, decides whether it's worth submitting, and learns from results. It does in 5 seconds what a good candidate does in 90 minutes — but it does it 50 times a week.

What about ATS scanners? Will my resume get through? +

Yes — that's exactly what Variant A is tuned for. The ATS-tuned variant front-loads the JD's exact keywords, uses the standard section headings that scanners parse correctly, avoids tables/columns/graphics that break parsing, and submits as both PDF and plain-text where possible. Most candidates lose 60–70% of applications to ATS rejection before a human sees them. We invert that ratio.

Is my data safe? Who sees my resume? +

Your data is yours. It's not used to train any third-party model. The only entities that see your resume are (a) the employers you submit to, and (b) optionally — opt-in — partner staffing firms on Olympia Recruit who can offer you roles they're working on. You can turn off the partner-firm visibility entirely if you want pure DIY mode.

Can I use this if I'm not in tech? +

Yes. The engine works across knowledge-worker roles: tech, marketing, finance, design, ops, sales, HR, and most professional services. It's not currently tuned for hourly, trade, or healthcare-specific roles (those have different application norms). If you're not sure, sign up — you can cancel before the trial ends.

How fast will I see results? +

The engine sends its first batch of applications within 24 hours of setup. Most users see their first 1–3 callbacks within 7–10 days. The learning engine kicks in after ~20 applications, at which point your callback rate typically improves week-over-week. We track this transparently in your dashboard.
