About Olympia

Useful systems. Accountable delivery.

Olympia Software Solutions is a Richmond-based US software firm building applied AI, custom applications and vertical operating systems for organizations across the DC metro and nationwide.

Operating principle

Build for the work after the demo.

Software earns trust when it handles ordinary work, unusual inputs and imperfect handoffs—not only a polished demonstration. Olympia approaches AI as one component in a larger operating system that includes people, data, permissions, business rules and accountability.

The firm serves organizations remotely across the United States and targets Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland through service delivery—not by claiming a storefront it does not have. Olympia's registered mailing address is in Richmond, Virginia.

How Olympia works

Four commitments shape the engagement.

Business process first

Technology choices follow the workflow, users, risks and measurable outcome.

Visible increments

Stakeholders review working behavior and representative examples throughout delivery.

Honest evidence

Product demonstrations, illustrative scenarios and client outcomes are clearly distinguished.

Practical ownership

Custom engagements address code, data, access, documentation and post-launch responsibility.

Human judgment

AI systems can preserve approval and escalation where consequences require it.

Measured expansion

Start with a focused workflow, measure it and scale after evidence—not before.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Rhea Mandavilli

Rhea Mandavilli is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Olympia Software Solutions. She pairs an MBA with a master's degree in computer science—a combination that defines how Olympia operates: technology decisions are business decisions, and every system the firm ships is accountable to a commercial outcome. Across more than twenty years in senior management, she has led mission-critical delivery teams and technology programs where the software had to work the first time. Her expertise spans management and marketing in equal measure—she understands what makes a business grow, then builds the strategy and the systems that make it happen. A long-term resident of the Washington, DC metro area, Rhea sets Olympia's client strategy, delivery standards, and direction.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Srinivas Mandavilli, PhD

Srinivas Mandavilli is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Olympia Software Solutions. He earned his PhD at Kansas State University with research in data mining—working on machine intelligence years before AI became a headline—and has spent more than twenty years turning advanced data science into software that businesses actually run, across applied research, senior technology consulting, financial services, and product development. His conviction shapes Olympia's entire roadmap: intelligent automation shouldn't require an enterprise budget or an in-house data team. He architects Olympia's SaaS products—hosted, secured, and continuously improved by Olympia, so subscribers get enterprise-grade systems without ever needing engineers—and leads the custom builds Olympia delivers into clients' own environments. Srinivas is a long-term resident of the Washington, DC metro area.
