Technical SEO · Local search · AI visibility

Fix the foundation. Build search authority.

Olympia combines technical cleanup, service-page architecture, local relevance, useful content and conversion measurement into an accountable SEO program.

The diagnostic

$500 website and SEO risk audit.

A fixed-scope assessment that documents what search engines and buyers encounter today.

The audit covers crawlability, indexing, metadata, page architecture, duplicate or legacy content, structured data, local signals, trust, content gaps and conversion paths. It ends with a prioritized 90-day roadmap and implementation options.

Included deliverables

  • Current-site and search-result snapshot
  • Critical, high, medium and lower-priority findings
  • Index, redirect and sitemap recommendations
  • Priority keyword and page map
  • Trust and conversion assessment
  • 90-day implementation sequence
  • Findings presentation and fixed-price implementation proposal

Implementation

From cleanup to compounding growth.

The audit is diagnosis. Implementation is scoped separately so the buyer understands exactly what will change.

Phase 1

Critical cleanup

Index control, redirects, sitemap, metadata, duplicate content, broken templates, speed, structured data and conversion defects.

Phase 2

Authority buildout

Service pages, location relevance, expert profiles, case evidence, internal linking, content clusters and legitimate citations.

Phase 3

Monthly optimization

Publishing, page improvement, Search Console review, technical monitoring, keyword analysis and qualified-conversion reporting.

Monthly program

Defined work, not vague “SEO activity.”

A typical $1,500 monthly program can include two researched articles, one service or authority-page improvement, internal-link updates, Search Console monitoring, indexing checks, competitor review, local-profile support when eligible, a performance report and one strategy meeting.

Exact deliverables, monthly capacity and approvals are defined in the engagement. Legal, medical, financial or other regulated content must be reviewed by a qualified client representative before publication.

Olympia as proof

Our own site is the first public case study.

In July 2026, Olympia documented a weak DC search baseline, a product-heavy homepage, a malformed sitemap, duplicate-host behavior, legacy indexed URLs and insufficient local authority. The rebuild established a service-led architecture, corrected technical defects and created measurable commercial pages.

Olympia will not claim ranking gains before Search Console and qualified-inquiry data support them. Baseline, implementation date and later outcomes should remain visibly distinct.

Questions

Clear expectations.

Can Olympia guarantee top rankings?

No. Search results are controlled by search engines and affected by competition, authority, content, location and algorithm changes. Olympia guarantees agreed work, documentation and reporting—not a position.

Is SEO a one-time repair or monthly service?

Technical and structural defects can be repaired in a project. Authority, content, competitive improvement and measurement generally require ongoing work.

Does every business qualify for a Google Business Profile?

No. Google requires eligible in-person customer contact and accurate real-world representation. Olympia will not recommend a fake or ineligible location.

What should the client provide?

Website and analytics access, accurate business information, subject-matter review, approvals, client evidence where authorized and timely feedback.
